During my workout today, I had a bit of a revelation. I questioned myself if I'm really "switched on." That is, do I let trivial things get me down? Do I focus too often on what can't be changed instead of what can?
I believe these a pretty common negatives with people. Personally, I need to make sure I'm always switched on to see what I should be focusing on and help eliminate darkness in my life.
