Ketchup is my favorite condiment. I seriously put it on so many things...from chicken to eggs to tacos. I get picked on about this a lot, so I'm taking a stand. :)
Am I crazy? Is my habit a bad thing? Heck no. Heinz is addictive. Try it yourself. It's supposed to taste good on just about anything. And, it's packed with lycopene. If you don't know about lycopen, it's a powerful antioxidant and darn good for you. I'm not stopping. I'll find new items to put my wonderful condiment on. Keep your "eww...that's gross" comments to yourself.
